Return Policy
At BTN Racing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used, installed, or modified
- Electrical components and special-order parts
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at btnrichie@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
